Bronx Native is a Powerlifting Machine
In late 2017 Bronx resident Diego Hernedez competed in a powerlifting competition. Why is this so amazing? Mr. Hernedez has a prosthetic arm. He was electrocuted as a child and spent a lot of time in the hospital due to burns over the majority of his body. Diego underwent about 60 surgeries and eventually had his arm amputated. Diego Hernedez is an inspiration to us all.
